What we do

We help Singapore employers hire at every level and stay compliant doing it. That means three things: recruiting Work Permit and S Pass workers from approved source countries; recruiting local professionals, managers and executives; and handling Employment Pass applications and the compliance around them — COMPASS, Fair Consideration advertising, renewals and appeals. Some clients use one of these; some use all three. The common thread is licensed, accountable hiring.

We quote a fixed fee upfront before any work starts, so you know the cost going in. How we recruit from source countries

For Work Permit and S Pass roles, we work through licensed partners in the source countries — currently India and Bangladesh, with the network expanding across the region. We don’t cut corners on the parts that matter: workers should never be charged illegal recruitment fees, and the process should leave them debt-free and properly documented. Doing it cleanly protects the worker, and it protects you as the employer who hired them.
