Biz Manpower is an employment agency in Singapore serving employers across construction, manufacturing, marine, process and services, as well as professional and executive hiring. Is Biz Manpower a licensed employment agency?
Yes. We hold Singapore Employment Agency Licence 25C3142, issued under the Employment Agencies Act. You can verify it on the Ministry of Manpower's public directory of licensed employment agencies — search "Biz Manpower" or the licence number.
What does Biz Manpower do?
Three kinds of hiring: Work Permit and S Pass foreign workers; local professionals and executives; and Employment Pass and COMPASS applications for candidates you've already chosen.
Which sectors do you recruit for?
Construction, manufacturing, marine, process and services for foreign-worker roles; finance, technology and healthcare for professional hiring, with more added as we grow.
What do you charge employers?
Foreign-worker recruitment and professional placement are quoted up front; Employment Pass and compliance work is a fixed professional fee, quoted before we start. No hidden percentages.
Do workers pay any fees?
No. Workers never pay us recruitment fees. If anyone asks a worker for a fee in our name, that isn't us — it can be reported to MOM or TADM.
How quickly do you respond?

Where do your quota, levy and salary figures come from?
They're compiled from officially published Ministry of Manpower information, and each figure shows the date we last reviewed it. They're indicative guidance — we confirm specifics with you and against MOM before you act.
Do I need a quota to hire foreign workers in Singapore?
Yes. Work Permit and S Pass hiring is capped by the Dependency Ratio Ceiling — a share of your total workforce, set by sector. Our quota calculator gives an indicative figure, and the quota guide explains the maths.
What's the difference between a Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass?
In short: the Work Permit is for semi-skilled foreign workers (quota and levy apply), the S Pass for mid-skilled staff (qualifying salary, quota and levy), and the Employment Pass for professionals (qualifying salary and COMPASS). Our comparison page sets them side by side.
Can you help if an Employment Pass was rejected?
Yes — we review why it was refused, advise whether an appeal is realistic, and handle the appeal if it is. We won't promise an outcome we can't control.
Do you only recruit from India and Bangladesh?
We recruit through licensed partners in source countries across the region. Our current corridors are India and Bangladesh, and we're expanding across the region as partnerships are signed.
