    This policy explains how Biz Manpower Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data, and the choices you have. We are a licensed Singapore employment agency (MOM EA Licence 25C3142) and we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), By using this website or our services, you agree to the practices described here.

    1. Who we are

    Biz Manpower Pte Ltd is a licensed employment agency in Singapore (MOM EA Licence 25C3142), regulated under the Employment Agencies Act. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our mean Biz Manpower Pte Ltd. “You” means anyone whose personal data we hold – includin employers and their staff, job seekers and candidates, foreign workers we recruit or process passes for, and visitors to this website.     2. What this policy covers

    This policy covers personal data we collect through this website, through WhatsApp, email, phone and forms, and in the course of providing our recruitment, work-pass and compliance services. It does not cover the privacy practices of other organisations-for example employers we introduce you to, or the government agencies that decide work-pass applications. They handle your data under their own policies and obligations.

    3. The personal data we collect

    The data we collect depends on your relationship with us. We collect only what we need for the purpose involved. Categories include:

    We do not collect more sensitive data than the relevant application or service requires. Where the law requires specific documents (for example for a work-pass application), we tell you why before we collect them.

    4. How we collect it

    We collect personal data when you contact us, submit a form, send your CV, message us on WhatsApp, engage our services, or apply through one of our licensed recruitment partners in your home country. We also collect limited technical data automatically when you browse this website. In some cases we receive data about you from a third party for example, an employer who asks us to process a work pass for a candidate they have already chosen, or a referee you have named.

    5. Why we use it

    We use personal data only for purposes you would reasonably expect, including to: respond to your enquiry; match candidates to roles and employers to candidates; prepare, submit and administer work-pass and employment-pass applications; carry out our compliance and advisory services; verify identity, documents and eligibility; meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed employment agency; keep records; and improve this website. Where we want to use your data to send you updates you have not asked for, we will seek your consent first.

    6. Consent and your choices

    We rely on your consent, or on another lawful basis under the PDPA, to handle your personal data. You can withdraw consent for a given use at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 16). If you withdraw consent, we will tell you the likely effect – in some cases we may no longer be able to provide a service or progress an application. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

    7. Who we share it with

    We share personal data only where it is needed for the purposes above, and only with parties who are required to protect it. Depending on the service, these may include:

    8. Sending data outside Singapore

    To recruit and prepare candidates, some personal data is transferred to our licensed recruitment partners in the source country – currently India and Bangladesh. When we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take steps required by the PDPA so that the data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to Singapore’s, for example through contractual commitments with the receiving party.

    9. How long we keep it

    We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law and our obligations as a licensed employment agency. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.     10. How we protect it
