DEFINITION
The Shortage Occupation List (SOL) names occupations in short supply locally. An Employment Pass candidate whose role is on the list, and who meets the criteria, earns bonus points under COMPASS. The list is reviewed regularly by the Ministry of Manpower, with occupations added and removed over time. (Confirm current list status.)
