DEFINITION
The Non-Traditional Source Occupation List (NTS-OL) sets out the specific occupations for which employers may hire Work Permit holders from Non-Traditional Source countries in sectors that otherwise restrict them, such as services. Hires are subject to an NTS sub-quota and occupation-specific conditions set by the Ministry of Manpower.
