Medical Insurance (foreign worker)

Employers must maintain medical insurance covering inpatient and day-surgery costs for each Work Permit and S Pass holder, for treatment whether or not it is work-related. It is a mandatory Ministry of Manpower condition of the pass, separate from WICA, which covers work injuries.
