DEFINITION
Employers are responsible for the cost of sending a Work Permit holder home when the pass ends or is cancelled, including the airfare. This duty is tied to the pass conditions and the security bond. It cannot be shifted onto the worker. (Confirm current repatriation rules on mom.gov.sg.)
