DEFINITION
The Settling-in Programme (SIP) is a short orientation that certain newly arrived Work Permit holders — mainly in the construction, marine shipyard and process sectors — must attend soon after entering Singapore. It covers safety, rights and living in Singapore. (Confirm which workers must attend.)
