The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) promotes fair, merit-based hiring and handles workplace discrimination concerns. Employers that breach fair-employment rules — including under the Fair Consideration Framework — can face action affecting their ability to hire foreign workers. (Confirm current remit.)
