DEFINITION
The Non-Traditional Source (NTS) sub-Dependency Ratio Ceiling limits how much of your workforce can be Work Permit holders from NTS countries in sectors such as manufacturing and services. It sits within the overall DRC and is intended to manage source-country concentration. (Sub-ceiling scope — spot-check current MOM rules.)
