DEFINITION
The Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) requires employers to consider Singaporeans fairly for jobs. For most Employment Pass applications, the role must first be advertised on the MyCareersFuture portal for a set period before applying. It supports a strong local core and sits alongside COMPASS in EP assessment.
