S Pass
S Pass • mid-skilled pass
DEFINITION
The S Pass is for mid-skilled foreign workers such as technicians and specialists. Eligibility rests on a minimum qualifying salary (which rises with age), a sector quota including an S Pass sub-ceiling, and a monthly levy. S Pass applications are not assessed under COMPASS — that framework applies to the Employment Pass only.
